The following DLs received awards or new accreditations:
Conrad Kim achieved his AACI (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute) designation in July, a prestigious and nationally recognized credential for commercial real estate appraisal in Canada.
Hilary Salter, Associate, Acquisitions at LaSalle Investment Management, received the Developing Leader of the Year REX Awards at the 23rd Annual REX Gala, held on June 19th at the Ritz-Carlton Toronto.
Sunny Benning and Anita Ifeadi were selected as recipients of the 2025 NAIOP and Prologis Scholarship for Young Professionals.
Recipients received:
- Complimentary registration and a travel stipend for either the 2025 I.CON West conference, NAIOP’s premier industrial real estate event. Scholarship recipients will be recognized during the event.
- NAIOP Certificate of Advanced Study in Commercial Real Estate Development or the NAIOP Certificate of Advanced Study in Real Estate Finance after four required courses.
