Interpersonal Leadership Style
Your interpersonal style manifests in your approach to communicating, building rapport and relating to other people. Many of the behaviours that impact your relationships are shaped from your interpersonal style. Your role as a leader shifts how others interact with you. Therefore, your interpersonal style has this added dimension making it your interpersonal leadership style. There are two variables that affect where our interpersonal leadership style lies; dominance and sociability. In this module we will explore that style and its impacts.

Managing Change
This module focuses on how individuals, teams and organizations respond to change- change in the environment, strategy, customer base and world. This model demonstrates a process for understanding and responding to change. It teaches that change is inevitable and part of life, and that growth is a choice. We will have an interactive discussion about the phases of change, namely START-UP, GROWTH, MATURITY, TRANSITION, and REBIRTH.

Customer Loyalty and Fostering Engagement
In this module participants are introduced to the Sustainable Profit and Growth Model ™. They learn about the critical drivers of sustainable profit and growth and learn about their role in driving customer/stakeholder loyalty.
