On March 13, 2025, NAIOP unveiled the fifteen recipients of this year’s highly competitive scholarship. Sunny Benning, Senior Analyst at Investment Management Corporation of Ontario, and Anita Ifeadi, Senior Advisor at Metrolinx, are among this distinguished group. Both have demonstrated remarkable leadership in their respective roles and are making significant contributions to the industry.
The Inclusion in CRE Scholarship for Young Professionals, now in its eighth year, is designed to foster a more diverse and inclusive commercial real estate industry. By supporting emerging professionals who are underrepresented in the field, the program works to build a strong pipeline of talent for development and operations roles.
