The NAIOP Greater Toronto Chapter is thrilled to highlight two outstanding individuals from our chapter who have been selected as recipients of the prestigious 2025 NAIOP and Prologis Inclusion in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Scholarship for Young Professionals. On March 13, 2025, NAIOP unveiled the fifteen recipients of this year’s highly competitive scholarshipSunny Benning, Senior Analyst at Investment Management Corporation of Ontario, and Anita Ifeadi, Senior Advisor at Metrolinx, are among this distinguished group. Both have demonstrated remarkable leadership in their respective roles and are making significant contributions to the industry.

The Inclusion in CRE Scholarship for Young Professionals, now in its eighth year, is designed to foster a more diverse and inclusive commercial real estate industry.
