2025 Year in Review: A Message From Your NAIOP GTA Outgoing President

Dear NAIOP GTA Members,

As we close out 2025, I’m proud to reflect on a year that showcased the incredible energy and commitment of our members, sponsors, and volunteers.

Throughout this past year, NAIOP Greater Toronto was proud to have delivered a more active and fulsome calendar than in any previous year —we also deepened our industry leadership through impactful advocacy, cutting-edge education, and programs that continue to shape the next generation of real estate professionals.

In addition to our NAIOP chapter programming, CRE.Converge 2025 stands out as an upcoming highlight. Promising to unite 1,600 of North America’s top commercial real estate professionals for enriching sessions, engaging discussions, networking opportunities, and deal-making, all set in our wonderful city of Toronto, this event will be one not to miss!

Our committees, with representation from every corner of the GTA’s commercial real estate community, worked tirelessly to deliver a year filled with connection, insight, and collaboration. With the global CRE.Converge Conference coming to Toronto, the 23rd annual REX Awards Gala at the Ritz-Carlton, and our expanding Developing Leaders mentorship programs – 2025 truly reinforced our Chapter’s place as one of the industry’s most dynamic and influential voices.

I am thrilled to introduce the 2026 NAIOP Greater Toronto Board of Directors, who will look to leverage the collective leadership, experience, and energy to continue to drive NAIOP GTA’s priorities forward:
