Part of the Global Investment Management team, the Executive Administrative Assistant will perform an array of administrative functions requiring confidentiality and critical decision making for the directors and associates globally. Reporting to the President, Investment Management this role will:


  • Provide high-level administrative support including but not limited to assembling reports, presentations, and some market research
  • Detailed calendar management for executive team and directors as it pertains to meetings and interviews
  • Complex multi-destination travel, domestic and international including flight, accommodations, local transportation reservations, the preparation of pre-departure itineraries reflecting all travel
  • Invoice tracking and other governance requirements
  • Maintain and update databases and provide support for monthly/quarterly reporting and periodic investment reports
  • Ad hoc duties as required


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Bachelors/Associates degree
  • Preference given to candidates with commercial real estate/investment experience
  • Experience managing senior executive calendars/travel
  • Strong presentation skills required
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Tact and good judgment in confidential situations and proven experience interacting with senior management
  • Must be able to adapt process and procedures to execute completion of projects
  • Capable developing and maintaining relationships while facilitating executive level support with minimal supervision
  • Ability to communicate in either German/French language is preferred
