Responsibilities

  • Work with Canada Consulting Leadership to accelerate growth for Change Management workstream within the Workplace Consulting service offering across Canada team and professional recruiting, business development, etc.
  • Contribute and work on multi-disciplinary teams and lead aspects of various projects, including coordination with other Avison Young service lines, consultants and contractors to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Work directly with client stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive assignments, strategies and solutions, including client engagement, marketplace research, financial and performance analytics, decision-making processes and key outcomes to align with the client’s business strategy. Projects will be delivered successfully on time and within budget.
  • Work alongside our Workplace Consulting team to develop new client relationships and business to advance the business and platform to develop marketing content, respond to formal Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunities
  • Advance our client deliverables that span the full spectrum of technical requirements, including preparing strategic plans, analyzing business plans, developing business cases to meet client needs, growth planning for capital projects, needs assessment and conducting options analysis to support business and investment decisions.
  • Focus on the ‘people’ side of change, including workplace transformations, work practices and protocols, hybrid work environments, distributed teams, shifts in desired behaviors, and culture.
  • Influence and guide change, providing strategies and tools to support
  • Develop and deliver transformative employee/human experience & workplace solutions based on insights from people and culture research
  • Execute on various change management related activities, leverage AY’s CM framework – e.g., assess change impacts, manage stakeholder engagement, develop change strategies and plans, assess business readiness/impact and ensure realization of people-dependent project benefits
  • Use your empathetic and creative superpowers to conduct ethnographic research and user-centered design thinking activities (including experiential workshops, journals, ideation, prototyping and interviews) with our clients.
  • Direct an effective change strategy with project stakeholders across the organization
