DL Spotlight, Summer 2024

The following DLs have been on the move with promotions or new roles:

Tyler Ainlay joined Colliers Project Leaders of the new Business Development Manager for Toronto (previously the Business Development Manager for MARANT Construction).

Maria Beirnes started a new role at BGO in April 2024, as VP of Real Estate Portfolio Management.

Luca Cepparo was promoted to Senior Associate of Real Estate Investments at Fengate Asset Management.
 
Ben Galiegue graduated from Rotman Commerce at the University of Toronto and started as an Analyst at Montez Corporation.
 
Ryan Marino recently joined RBC Capital Markets Real Estate Group as an Analyst on the Property Brokerage team after graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University’s Bachelor of Business Administration program.
 
Daniel Minuk recently started a new role as an associate in the Real Estate group at Osler, with a focus on commercial leasing. He joined Osler from Ivanhoe Cambridge where he worked as in-house counsel since 2018.
 
Matthew Tatoff joined Fengate Asset Management in April 2023 as an Associate on the Real Estate Investments Team. Matthew was promoted to Associate Vice President, Investments in July 2024.

The following DLs were involved in a Zoning Milestone:

Zhuojun Zhang, Dawson Wales Global. 

“Under the support of the city, we have achieved a 9-story, 88000 sq ft rentable apartment/salable condo at a relatively small land on the inner street, the primary transition hub in the Yorkdale area within 4 months.”
