Angela Taran recently graduated from my Master’s of Real Estate and Infrastructure program at the Schulich School of Business, right before starting her new role as an Associate on TD Bank’s National Real Estate Group team.
Brendan Keefe was recently promoted to Asset Manager, Canadian Residential at Starlight Investments.

Liam Sauro, Partner at Lee Chow Group
In February 2024, Lee Chow Group acquired 49 Wellington Street East, otherwise known as the Flatiron Building. The acquisition is one of very few over the preceding quarters in the office segment and reflects Lee Chow’s belief that the best office spaces will remain in high demand. With the building 100% leased, Lee Chow Group will oversee an exterior capex plan over the next number of years to restore the building to a first-class standard.
