Iris Redinger has started as an Analyst, Development at Tricon Residential where she will be applying her knowledge of purpose-built rental to develop Class A sites in Toronto!
Zachary Leranbaum was promoted to Manager, Investments at Concert Properties in January 2023.
Colton Creber accepted a new role at QuadReal to relocate to the Santa Monica, Los Angeles office in mid-2023 as the Multi-Family Asset Management lead for the Western United States. He intends to transfer his NAIOP membership to the SoCal Chapter.
Brandon Isenberg was recently promoted to Senior Manager, Leasing at RioCan. His primary responsibility is the Retail Leasing of the Well and RioCan’s urban assets under development.
