History of REX Awards Charitable Donations

$25 from each REX Gala Ticket will be donated by NAIOP to a deserving charity
In exchange for the $25 charitable donations, ticket buyers were given prize draw tickets -- one draw ticket for each Gala ticket purchased -- for an opportunity to win an exciting prize worth thousands of dollars
.  The draw took place at the REX Awards Gala on April 9, 2019.

How the REX Gala charitable beneficiary is selected:  Each year, NAIOP Greater Toronto aligns its choice of a charitable beneficiary with the selection of the Community Service REX Award Recipient. The award recipient may recommend deserving charitable organizations operating in or around the Greater Toronto Area for the NAIOP Board of Directors' consideration.

This year's charitable beneficiary is the Humber River Hospital Foundation

REINVENTING PATIENT CARE. Humber River Hospital stands alone as North America’s most digital hospital. State-of-the-art facilities enable physicians and staff to deliver healthcare in new and innovative ways. HRH is a model of efficiency for hospitals around the world. Everything HRH does is designed to enhance not only outcomes but also the experiences of patients and their families.

HUMBER RIVER HOSPITAL FOUNDATION raises funds to make superior patient care a reality. The Hospital proudly stays ahead of a changing world, always innovating and reinventing technologies, processes and techniques to improve patient care. This spirit of innovation is powered by the Foundation’s donors and volunteers, who share our vision for better healthcare and who recognize that investment is always needed for the next innovation as much as the last one.  Please visit the Foundation website at www.hrhfoundation.ca for more information.
